Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Daffodil House, a new Adult Care service opening in early 2025. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live their best lives, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in activities and hobbies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily lives, including personal care and promoting independence.
- Encourage participation in activities and hobbies, both in-house and outside the home.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Manage challenging behaviors and provide emotional support to residents.
