We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to join our Day Services Unit team at The Horder Centre in Crowborough. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a variety of tasks, including recording basic nursing practices and undertaking capillary blood samples for point of care testing.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and nursing experts to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development of our team and the delivery of our services.
We are looking for a passionate individual with a real interest in healthcare and experience of working with a variety of patients. You will be personal and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
A NVQ Level 2 or 3 is desirable, but not essential. You will be aligned to our core values of Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity, and Pride.
