What We Look for in a Head Chef

We're looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef who can inspire a team, develop fresh seasonal menus, and lead by example. If you have a passion for leading and developing a team, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to menu design, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Proven experience in championing excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
  • Creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
