Financial Business Partner Opportunity

Barclay Meade is seeking a dedicated Financial Business Partner to join their team in Bristol on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the FP&A Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans by producing accurate internal reporting and providing insightful financial and management information.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all elements of financial and management reporting of overheads.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with cost centre budget holders.
  3. Develop and enhance cost centre reporting packs for the business.
  4. Ensure accuracy in forecasts and provide robust variance analysis.
  5. Collaborate with non-finance managers to improve the budgeting and forecasting process.
  6. Responsible for both 'Operational' & 'Capital investment' budget reporting and establishing expenditure policies.
  7. Promote financial awareness and design formal finance training sessions for non-finance staff.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in financial management or a similar role.
  2. Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel within a finance environment.
  3. Experience with Business Intelligence tools is desirable.
  4. Ability to communicate finance concepts and terminology to non-finance stakeholders.
  5. Proactive, determined and confident individual capable of engaging at a senior business level.
  6. Hybrid working arrangements.
