Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on various smaller projects while managing multiple sprint priorities.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Address multiple sprint priorities across diverse projects.
2. Ensure implementation aligns with defined acceptance criteria, maintaining high quality within estimated efforts.
3. Take ownership of delivery against personal and team estimations.
4. Adhere to and contribute to project development standards.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally within an agile team and matrix organization.
6. Execute sprint tasks in accordance with milestone deadlines.
7. Conduct unit testing on developed code.
8. Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
9. Participate in team planning sessions, focusing on requirements and system design.
10. Provide clear updates on task progress, utilizing team burn downs for tracking.
11. Proactively escalate issues requiring timely resolution, offering suggested solutions.
12. Contribute to triaging and resolving priority issues on a rotational basis.
13. Gain experience with integrated delivery pipelines into Microsoft Azure.


Key Requirements:
1. Proficient programming experience.
2. Familiarity with RDMS or SQL databases, or other modern database technologies.
3. Experience with .NET / .NET Core using C#.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies, tools, and processes for software development.
6. Willingness to learn or experience with distributed architectures such as microservices.
7. Understanding of software project lifecycles.
8. Empathy towards software QA and QC processes.
9. Beneficial experience in ASP.NET, Angular JS, Blazor, React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API.
