About the Role:

As the People Practice Development Training Manager at Southdown, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of colleagues and managers. Reporting directly to the Manager, People Practice Development, you will manage a team of five roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in training and development, providing guidance and support to colleagues and managers.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.

Requirements:
