Inventory Coordinator (25 hours)

Role Overview

As an Inventory Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and positioned correctly, enabling the sales team to deliver exceptional service to our clientele. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate documentation, utilizing your problem-solving skills to address any challenges, and collaborating effectively with your team members. The role involves significant movement of inventory within the department, and adherence to safety and security protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with incoming shipments, working in tandem with the broader inventory team to guarantee timely receipt and processing, ensuring items are allocated to the appropriate departments. Partner with various departments to confirm that the correct products are in the designated locations. Engage with key stakeholders during the collection of inventory and preparation of items for dispatch, ensuring all products are processed and accounted for. Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all inventory movements are accurately documented within the system. Oversee the transfer of inventory between different locations. During busy periods, provide support to the wider retail team.

A solutions-driven individual with the capability to assess processes and recommend enhancements. Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory safely and securely.
