Reporting directly to the Assistant Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our ongoing D365 implementation program. This involves collaborating closely with global stakeholders across various departments.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You'll own the budgeting and forecasting process, meticulously maintaining a schedule of risks and opportunities. Your proactive approach will ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you'll produce robust forecasts that provide valuable insights into projected versus actual costs.
  • Monthly Reporting: Develop accurate and comprehensive monthly reports to keep senior management informed about predicted versus actual costs. Analyze and explain any variances, providing clear and concise explanations for decision-making purposes.
  • Cost Control and Governance: You'll play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to approved budgets and contracts by reviewing invoices meticulously. Your responsibilities will also include managing headcount requests and accurately accounting for any changes within the program.
Your Profile:

As the Finance Business Partner for this program, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive networker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with diverse teams across the organization. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be essential for success in this role.

  • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience using financial reporting systems such as Microsoft D365, SAGE200, or OneStream
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Power Query or Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement change effectively
  • Experience working on large-scale implementation programs is highly advantageous
