Job Description

Rotork is undergoing a major business transformation, known as DRIVE, aimed at updating its systems, aligning processes, and enhancing collaboration to deliver greater value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Lead Solution Architect, serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programs.
  • Support the DRIVE IT Function Leads/Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and requests from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with the DRIVE Leadership team to ensure resource availability as required, working with the EA Lead Architects.
  • Liaise with other EA team members where specific expertise is required, such as FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, etc.
  • Act as the solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Ensure deliverables required as part of each deployment phase are consolidated, delivered, and reviewed/approved, e.g., updated solution blueprint, solution design documents created by relevant architects.
  • Support the architecture governance process in identifying opportunities for appropriate use of systems.
  • Analyze business requirements working with the Business Analysis team and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between their expectations and current/future technology capability.
  • Create the technical vision from business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.
  • Document the relevant platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Experience of D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) with Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g., e-Con/Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios.
  • Experience of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and knowledge of product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).
  • Experience working with document and management (Lasernet/Loftware beneficial) across D365 F&SCM and CE.
  • Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience of large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, plus implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
