About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Rochester. As a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
