About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant/Cashier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the till, manage cash handling, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with stock control, including receiving and checking deliveries, re-stocking shelves, and maintaining a well-organized store.
  • Offer product advice and guidance to customers, promoting our products and services.
  • Participate in cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring the store and forecourt are always clean and tidy.
  • Support colleagues during peak periods, covering shifts as needed, and contributing to a positive team environment.
