Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled and flexible HR Business Partner to join a prominent provider in the veterinary services sector, focusing on the Northwest region.
Role Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HRBP to collaborate with operational and leadership teams across the Northwest. As this support structure is relatively new, you will have the chance to shape processes, policies, and various initiatives, making a significant impact from the outset. Building relationships, establishing trust, and possessing strong influencing skills will be crucial, especially when working with leaders from clinical backgrounds.
Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Head of People while maintaining close collaboration with the Regional Director, Area Managers, and Area Support Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and influence business leaders on people and business-related issues, leveraging data and analytics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics effectively and promptly to provide insights that support sound decision-making and interventions throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to ensure effective workforce forecasting, planning, and mobilization through strategic attraction methods.
- Contribute significantly to the development and execution of growth strategies by identifying people-related unique selling points and challenges, along with solutions.
- Coach leaders to make decisions that positively affect colleague engagement and retention through attentive listening and effective engagement strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a clinical setting.
- Ability to coach leaders in effective people management practices.
- Experience in a multi-site operational environment.
- Willingness to be hands-on as well as strategic when necessary.
- Strong adaptability skills.
Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote; however, it is essential for the successful candidate to reside in the Northwest region.
