Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
  • Job Card Management: Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
  • Record Keeping: Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and complete Invoices.
  • Estimation and Communication: Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A working experience within a Service Advisor role.
  • Upselling and Communication: The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
  • Customer Focus: Customer Focused and an excellent communicator.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
What We Offer:

A competitive Basic Salary of up to £32,000, Monday to Friday Working Hours 8am - 6pm / 1 Saturday Morning Per Month 8am - 1pm, and fantastic holiday allowance, full Manufacturer training, other perks and benefits.
