Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant to join our team at WeDo RPO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing VAT returns, and reconciling bank statements.
Key Tasks
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis
- Maintain work-in-progress records using spreadsheets
- Assist with management accounts and fixed asset register
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations and daily/weekly KPIs
- Submit weekly cash flow reports
Purchase Ledger
- Work with the purchasing team to approve invoices
- Input invoices and reconcile supplier payments
- Create supplier payments and liaise with suppliers
Credit Control
- Chase customers for outstanding payments
- Create sales invoices and accounts
- Assist with valuations and verify credit insurance
Wages
- Process weekly fitter wages, monthly staff wages, and monthly factory wages
- Reconcile control accounts
