Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, customer invoicing, and credit control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales ledger, including customer invoicing and credit control
- Process financial transactions, including payments and refunds
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or qualified by experience (at least 3 years in a similar role)
