Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our small, friendly team as a Reservations Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international operators, providing excellent service from initial inquiry to booking completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless customer service experience through all stages of the booking process.
  • Coordinate with accommodation and luggage transfer partners to book all aspects of the trip.
  • Record all customer interactions and booking details in our customer database.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and ability to multitask.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Tour operation experience.
  • Interest in walking and cycling.
