Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing expert advice on our furniture and flooring products.
- Process customer orders and finance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.
- A competitive basic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
- A realistic OTE of £35,000 per year.
- Guaranteed commission of £500 per month in the first three months.
