We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our therapeutic residential site and a residential learning disabilities children's home. As a key member of our team at RB Social Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of children and young people
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services, Children and Young People's Residential Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential childcare, including child protection and therapeutic or learning disability experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising staff teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders
