AI Engineer II

Rapid7 is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer II to join our Model R&D team in Belfast. As a key member of our AI Centre of Excellence, you will design and implement AI models that drive customer value and accelerate threat investigation, detection, and response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Research and develop AI/ML/data science models to deliver customer value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Take ownership of model quality and impact on the work of others
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML/data science trends and technologies
- Strong conceptual knowledge of AI/ML/data science with applied experience
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
