Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Team Leader - Operations Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising an operative production team to enable the most efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accident and Incident Investigation: Active involvement in investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management: Active management of the correct use of PPE among team members.
- Risk Management: Identification and mitigation of risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Targets: Setting up corrective and preventative actions to achieve company and cell quality targets.
- Production Analysis: Hourly analysis of production flow against plan, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action to ensure shift production targets are met.
- Team Management: Managing and directing the cell team members, striving for improved Industrial Efficiency (KE).
- Labour Organisation: Applying SPS principles and process/product knowledge to organize labour, reviewed hourly.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and training new/existing team members on production processes and relevant SPS tools.
- Culture and Behaviour: Driving a positive culture and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
