Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Medical Education team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Undergraduate team and the wider Medical Education Department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and distribute information for undergraduate medical and PA student placements using online systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Organize inductions and teachings by booking rooms and arranging resources to complement these, including student attendance management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for our service users, stakeholders, and colleagues, handling face-to-face, telephone, and email communication.
  • Maintain and monitor office and training equipment, including reporting faults, stock control, and loan processes.
  • Support the wider team with general office administration, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, helping design and distribute resources, and supporting undergraduate and postgraduate training courses.
  • Work flexibly to prioritize and organize own and team workloads, dependent on the conflicting demands of the service.
