About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Academic Leader to join our team at University College of Estate Management (UCEM). As a Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy and Engineering, you will play a key role in enhancing our academic presence in teaching and research, while further developing our sustainability agenda and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment in the field of renewable energy and sustainability.
- Support the development and launch of new programs, including a proposed post-graduate program: MSc Renewable Energy and Technology.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of modules within the School of the Built Environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development through scholarly activity, research, industry liaison, and engagement with UCEM staff development activities.
Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of teaching and research in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
