About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our team at a reputable school in Hounslow. As an Autism Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and other Special Educational Needs (SEN) to excel in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with ASC, autism, and ADHD in a mainstream school setting.
  • Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and trained professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among pupils.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Psychology from a UK University.
  • Have prior experience working with children, preferably in a SEN setting.
  • Be passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children with autism.
