Sales Assistant/Driver Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant/Driver. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to customers, ensuring they receive a consistent and engaging experience.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and market share goals.
  • Load and manage delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Valid driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
