We are seeking a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at Wilson Mannion Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Court of Protection.
Key Responsibilities- Appointing professional and lay deputies, as well as new trustees
- Preparing and submitting statutory wills and gift applications
- Managing daily financial administration on matters
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £40,000, a performance bonus based on over 3x salary at 10%, and 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays. You will also have access to free parking and hybrid working arrangements.
