Manpower UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Powered Access Engineer to join our client's expanding team in the conveyor industry. As a leading manufacturer, our client requires a dedicated professional to inspect, service, and repair construction hoists across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair of construction hoists to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Perform PDI inspections to guarantee compliance with LOLER regulations.
- Attend to breakdowns at customer sites, providing rapid response to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and meets the required standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hoist, powered access, plant, or material handling is essential.
- Strong electrical and mechanical background, with a passion for service and teamwork.
- CSCS Card is preferred, and NVQ qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Full UK driver's license is required for frequent travel.
- Previous experience with construction hoists, particularly GEDA products, is advantageous.
