We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Hospital Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist area of orthopaedics, providing physiotherapy services to patients with neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and delivering treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct advanced physiotherapeutic assessments of patients with complex conditions
- Develop and deliver patient-focused treatment programmes
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage a caseload
- Participate in regular training and clinical reasoning sessions to maintain and develop skills
- Diploma/degree in physiotherapy
- Registered with the Health Professions Council
- Evidence of continued professional development, including attendance at recent postgraduate courses
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Involvement in clinical interest groups

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work on a weekend rota and participate in twilight shifts.
