Regulatory Compliance Role at QED Legal

QED Legal, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their thriving compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for writing and amending policies and procedures, supporting Lexcel, ISO, and CQS accreditations, and maintaining strong relationships with regulators across SRA, RICS, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures
  • Support the compliance team in maintaining Lexcel, ISO, and CQS accreditations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, including SRA and RICS
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including SRA
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce well-drafted communications and documents
  • Experience with policy writing in a professional services environment
