Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
  • Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters to key stakeholders and escalate significant compliance concerns to the Head of Risk & Compliance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.
  • Proven experience handling day-to-day operational compliance activities, including complaints handling, FCA regulations, and financial crime.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
