Compliance Manager Opportunity

Beaumont IT has partnered with a leading Solicitors firm in the West Midlands to find a skilled Compliance Manager to join their team.


As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing a robust regulatory function, working closely with senior management to create a central compliance culture within the firm.


You will have a strong background in Legal compliance, with experience in AML/KYC policies, monitoring, and conflict analysis. Your expertise will be essential in embedding a compliance culture and ensuring the firm's policies and controls are in place.


This is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up, working with a dynamic team to create a central compliance function. You will be well-versed in regulatory knowledge and have a strong understanding of compliance best practices.


As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates
