At Prospero Teaching, we are collaborating with a dynamic and inclusive primary institution dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences for all students.

This school recognizes the significance of physical education (PE) and sports in fostering the comprehensive development of their pupils.

We are in search of a committed and passionate individual to become part of their team as a Primary School Sports Coach.

The institution seeks an enthusiastic candidate to enhance their PE program and assist in providing top-notch physical education lessons to their students.

The ideal applicant will collaborate closely with PE educators to inspire and motivate students to engage in physical activities and refine their skills across various sports disciplines.



Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the design and execution of PE lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to accommodate the diverse abilities of students.

Support PE teachers in organizing equipment and resources for lessons and sports events.
Provide individualized or small group support to students needing extra assistance in developing their physical capabilities.
Coordinate and oversee sports events, competitions, and intra-school tournaments.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to participate in physical activities and embrace healthy lifestyle choices.

Work in partnership with educators and parents to advocate for the significance of physical education and sports in the holistic development of students.



Qualifications:
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and promoting physical activity and sports.
Experience with primary school-aged children, ideally in a coaching or educational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and inspire students.

Familiarity with various sports and the ability to modify activities to suit different age groups and skill levels.

Relevant qualifications in sports coaching, physical education, or a related discipline are preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the overall ethos of the school.
