Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient rehab setting. As a Physical Therapist with ATI Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing comprehensive physical therapy services and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient rehab or related setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and stooping

Compensation

$26-$34 per hour
