HSSU Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSSU Coordinator to join our team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As an HSSU Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Hospital Sterile Services Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and dispatch used surgical instruments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receive and store sterile surgical equipment, ensuring it is properly labeled and stored.
  • Support our theatre team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Dispose of contaminated waste in accordance with hospital policy and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Regularly inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working order and report any faults.
