We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production areas.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading of Vehicles: You will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles in accordance with company procedure, using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar systems.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for stowing, picking, and dispatching materials as required, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Warehouse Operations: You will be responsible for performing warehouse inventory cycle counts and audits, as well as conducting weekly health and safety checks.
- Sampling and Quality Control: You will be responsible for sampling materials as required and ensuring compliance with quality control procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication: You will be required to work collaboratively with other team members, communicating effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and production areas.
- Counterbalance License: You will need to hold a valid counterbalance license.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Health and Safety: You will need to have a good understanding of health and safety rules and regulations, as well as company procedures.
- Technical Skills: You will need to have basic PC skills and knowledge of SAP/Salesforce systems.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for this role.
