Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and qualify potential business customers, building relationships and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Proactively engage with potential clients, introducing Agility Communications' products and services, and understanding their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects, building trust and rapport to create long-term sales opportunities.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, call notes, and progress in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and an engaging phone manner, with the confidence to make outbound cold calls.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
