Service/Projects Engineer - CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service/Projects Engineer to join our team in North Kent/South London. As a key member of our Fire and Security Systems team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their security systems are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical engineering in both Service and Projects departments, including commissioning support to projects and installation of security products.
  2. Completing PPMs across varied sites and systems, including Intruder alarms, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV systems, Nurse Call, etc.
  3. Providing excellent service to customers, building solid working relationships and being involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota.
  4. Previous experience in the security industry, including experience of working within commercial, residential and construction sites.
  5. Full UK driving licence and clean criminal record, as all engineers must be DBS checked.
  6. Valid ECS/CSCS and commissioning knowledge.

Benefits:
