Service/Projects Engineer - CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service/Projects Engineer to join our team, covering North Kent/South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their security systems are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical engineering in both Service and Projects departments, including commissioning support to projects and installation of security products.
  • Completing PPMs across varied sites and systems, including Intruder alarms, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV systems, and Nurse Call.
  • Providing excellent service to customers, building solid working relationships, and being involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota.
  • Previous experience in the security industry, including experience of working within commercial, residential, and construction sites.
  • Full UK driving licence and clean criminal record, as all engineers must be DBS checked.
  • Valid ECS/CSCS and commissioning knowledge.
