Key Responsibilities:

  3. Sales Opportunity Management: Manage sales opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients and meeting and exceeding targets.

  5. Lead Generation and Digital Marketing: Oversee lead generation and digital marketing strategies, manage the Digital Marketing Manager, and conduct performance appraisals.
  6. Sales Collateral and Content Marketing: Create sales collateral, present at events, and oversee content marketing and social media efforts.
  7. Partner Relationships: Manage partner relationships within the industry.
  8. Reporting and Insights: Report on quarterly sales targets and marketing activities, using insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Self-Motivated and Growth-Driven: Self-motivated and growth-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the independent education sector or similar.
  3. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  4. Deal Closing and Organizational Skills: Effective deal closer with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  5. CRM and Sales Tools: Proficient in CRM and sales tools; able to manage leads and track progress.
  6. Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Positive, strategic problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
