Tax Senior Professional

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Senior to join their team in Dover. As a key member of the tax team, you will support the Tax Manager with compliance tax matters and have the opportunity to get involved in advisory work across CGT and IHT planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of self-assessment tax clients, including personal tax clients and partnerships.
- Provide advisory services relating to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Estate planning.
- Prepare various tax forms, including P11ds, PSA, ATEDs, and elections for clients where required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and HMRC over the phone, via email, and in writing.
- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff.
- Meet with potential new clients and assist with client onboarding.
- AAT or ATT qualified or qualified by experience with at least 3 years of experience working within an accountancy practice environment or personal tax position.
- Experience of preparing tax returns for Manager or Partner review and experience of relevant tax computation software.
