Cobalt Recruitment is working with a leading student accommodation provider to find a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to support their growth in the North of England and South West of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diaries of Maintenance Managers to ensure efficient scheduling of reactive and PPM works.
  • Prioritize and utilize Maintenance Managers/external contractors for necessary works, ensuring timely completion.
  • Utilize internal software to optimize workflow and ensure effective management of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in scheduling contractors' workload by priority, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working under pressure, either independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CAFM software for reactive and PPM works, with a strong understanding of H&S, FRA & GRA regulations.
