Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Autodesk Water Infrastructure solutions as cloud and hybrid applications
  • Lead a global organization of ~140 employees/contractors, with major sites in Irvine, CA, and Newbury, UK; and distributed people in Mexico, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere
  • Work closely with Autodesk customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the products meet our goals
  • Partner with Industry Strategy to develop Autodesk's strategy for the Water sector, while managing the Product Strategy in support of that overall business strategy
  • Develop and inspire the team to achieve maximum productivity and optimal creativity
  • Attract new talent as you develop existing talent to meet the needs of the business
  • Communicate successes illustrating the business value of delivered capabilities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale global product and engineering teams
  • 10+ years of experience creating and implementing organizational strategy, having demonstrated significant organizational impact
  • Insight into the Water Infrastructure sector, including water distribution networks, flood and storm water drainage, and sewer collection systems
