Position: Procurement Category Manager HR & LD

About the role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the HR & L&D category, driving business growth and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive procurement strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Utilize market analysis tools to formulate a robust Category Strategy, ensuring optimal supplier selection and management.
  • Lead high-value tenders and commercial negotiations, securing best-in-class deals.
  • Manage the supplier base and optimize buying channels, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Establish strong relationships with HR stakeholders, ensuring seamless category management.
  • Lead and coach category specialists, developing their skills and expertise.
