Your mission is to develop and execute a strategic plan specifically tailored to the HR & L&D category, working closely with senior Group HR stakeholders to lead and manage procurement projects. This will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to create effective go-to-market strategies, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, and leading complex high-value tenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive wave plan for procurement activities, considering new business requirements, strategic goals, emerging risks, and expiring supplier contracts.
- Utilizing tools such as Porters Five Forces and Kraljic to gain a strong understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers specific to HR & L&D.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to create effective go-to-market strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to maximise the impact of the Category Strategy.
- Leading and executing complex high-value tenders in accordance with the Category Strategy.
