Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a shift team in the supervisor's absence, overseeing all tasks to ensure timely and compliant completion.
  • Independently handle daily customs clearance tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide support to colleagues by assisting with customs paperwork and documentation.
  • Effectively communicate and correspond with customs authorities regarding any amendments or inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit excise declarations accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Contribute to various operational duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Your Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of customs procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customs clearance software systems for efficient processing of declarations.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills for data management and analysis related to customs operations.
  • Excellent IT literacy and the ability to navigate various digital platforms effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills for clear and concise interaction with clients and colleagues.

This is a full-time position requiring shift work to support our 24/7 operations. Compulsory overtime may be required.
