Special Education Needs Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a co-educational independent special school in Burnley. The school provides a supportive and personalised education programme for pupils with complex social emotional and mental health needs.
About the Role:- Teach a range of subjects to pupils aged 7-16 with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualised education plans to meet the needs of each pupil
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to education and support
- Contribute to the development of a nurturing and safe educational environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching pupils with complex social emotional and mental health needs
- Ability to develop and implement individualised education plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
