Job Title: SEN Teacher - Special Education Needs Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing the curriculum for students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Contribute to the delivery and development of the curriculum, taking into account the educational, physical, and social needs of students
* Work collaboratively with other staff members as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Maintain and use short-, medium-, and long-term plans in delivering the curriculum
* Set, monitor, and review personalized targets to optimize learning for each individual
* Monitor, assess, review, and report on student progress to parents, team members, senior staff, examination, and funding bodies

**Requirements:**

* A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
* At least two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
* QTS/QTLS is advantageous
