Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various care needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and dementia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to adults with diverse care needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to access community resources, participate in leisure activities, and maintain social connections.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid UK driving license (desirable).
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including day shifts from 11am-7pm or 12-8pm, and occasional weekends.
  • Have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with individuals, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
