About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and team development goals. You will also be responsible for generating leads through local outreach initiatives and developing a highly effective sales team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve revenue growth and team development goals
  • Ability to generate leads through local outreach initiatives
  • Competitive personality with a desire to win
  • Team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
