About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Marketing Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage with customers and prospects
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
