Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

Daytime Healthcare is seeking an experienced and confident Pharmacy Manager to lead their pharmacy service in a National Private Hospital Group in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exemplary pharmacy service, adhering to current legislation, clinical requirements, and professional standards.
  • Oversee the provision of high-quality patient care, ensuring safe and effective medication management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement pharmacy strategies, improving patient outcomes and hospital performance.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the pharmacy service and contribute to the success of Daytime Healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
